Today we do a tribute to Cerilla´s family, putting a recipe of his grandfather, of his handle and letter.
Here it is not appreciated, but the paper of the original recipe is yellow and quite ancient, and although we even have not prepared it, we will do a weekend with the family, for to revive old times and flavors.
Sight like that, the recipe seems easy, but sure that Grandfather Cabrera had his special point. We will try that we had left rich and let’s be able to enjoy it since surely he did.
Ingredients:
A rabbit
mashed garlic
A leaf of laurel
aji (or failing pepper)
wine or beer
We mix all the ingredients and marinade the rabbit. Then leave it in the fridge overnight to take all the scents.
The following day, first brown the rabbit in a fry pan and then we put it to boil in a saucepan with the marinade.
